We believe in the amicable and effective dispute resolution, thus, we prefer the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques. Nevertheless, it may happen that the legal dispute escalates and the parties find themselves in court or an authority proceeding is launched against the employer. In such cases, we provide legal advice and represent our clients in court or in front of the authority.

in court in non-contentious proceedings launched by the works council or the trade union due to the alleged breach of their consultation and information rights;
